It’s exciting times here at Red Energy and we are looking for people with a passion for sales to join our ever expanding telesales team! We have merged with Lumo Energy and are proud of being in our 14th year of business and supporting over 1200 jobs in Richmond!!
Red Energy is not your ordinary call centre; we’ve moved into our amazing three level office in East Richmond complete with a rooftop garden, massage chairs and if you don't feel like taking the stairs, we have slides to take you between floors!
As we are owned by the Iconic Snowy Hydro, that not only makes us 100% Australian owned and operated but it also means we get behind renewable energy and do our part for the environment! So, what do you need to succeed?
- Motivation, drive and a passion for customer service and sales
- Ability to handle objections confidently and think on your feet
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Perseverance and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn as experience is preferred, but not necessary
